David, I hope you have the most amazing birthday … a day that brings you even a fraction of the joy that you and your music bring to all of us.
But the truth is, you’re probably singing to some elders, helping out a friend, visiting a neighbour, singing to some very sick folks, or finding a cure for global warming.
That makes you happy though, and I think that’s ultimately all we fans want for you… to be happy.

oh and ps…not sure what he’ll be doing…but I’m thinking spending time simply, doing something he enjoys, maybe being adventurous…and definitely food & loved ones are involved. 🙂

I’m pretty sure he will certainly find some amazing food to eat and spend some much needed personal time with his family. Birthdays seem to be a big event in his family,and I’m sure this one will be no different. 🙂
I love David’s mental and physical fountain of youth. Ten years later and he still bounces from here to there and back again, and I’m groaning to put one foot in front of the other. 🙂 I’m gonna keep on keepin’ on with the ride he takes us on! It keeps me younger (kinda)!
Thank u for the birthday appreciation post. I think he’s probably taking some well deserved quiet time after the tour. Maybe going out to dinner with close friends. If I were him, I’d be in my snuggies eating and reading and not going outside..
