Thanks again for all the latest TOfan! How nice that we get videos, updates from these conferences. David sounds so good, I think his “Angel” is one of the sweetest, prettiest….and he sounds stellar on all the others, wow. Soooo nice.
p.s. Chatterboxes during performances….my pet peeve too. Sorry but downright rude, bad manners folks, while any artist is on stage. Some people have short attention spans I guess. Not to mention what they are missing out on! To me that’s even worse than someone beside you eating (chomping, slurping) during a beautiful song, lol. Had that experience once,
Have to read the rest of the updates, people’s blogs, etc. Always fun to take in. Grateful to have all the videos. 🙂

I just love all the videos, tweets and pictures we are getting from David’s appearances at TOFW. He does seem to be enjoying the signings, so just maybe he will add them again to his own concerts. I really love the Instagrams with the excited fans meeting David. Such fun! There are a lot of us crazy fans. Loved the one where she made a poster of her fiancée and David and had him sign it!

No I had stopped doing the Periscopes cuz I didn’t always have good results. They degrade and captures were grainy and slow mo when played back.

I’m so happy I got to go see David in Cincinnati! It had been 5 years, way too long! TOfan, you are right, he was enjoying the signing after the program. He smiled that very real smile, laughed a bunch and was very relaxed. Sincere and sweet as ever!

Yes, I was nervous and wondered if he would remember us. When my little sister went to the table first he was sweet, but she has changed so much I don’t think he knew her at first. Then my mom and I walked up and he said,”Oh, you’re a family!” and laughed. He said he was so happy to see us and asked how my dad and brother were. Mom showed him a picture of the last time we saw him and got a pic with him in Stroudsburg at the Christmas show. He just looked at it and said” 5 years that’s a long time!” We told him Nick is 6’1″ now and he took mom’s phone back to look at him. He asked,”Where are you guys from again?”. We said West Virginia and he replied, “West Virginia, that’s one state I haven’t been to yet. I’ll see what I can do about that.” We said we’d be there if he comes! He was so sincerely happy and chatty. acted like he had all the time in the world.
omigosh, that is so awesome, emily!!! I think the Stroudsburg Christmas show is the last time I saw you & your family too, lol. Time sure flies. Thanks for sharing how your “chat” with David went, haha, I love hearing every detail! 🙂 🙂 🙂 So glad to hear he was as relaxed and happy as he looks in all the photos, maybe it’s finally sinking in that he has not been forgotten. Far from it!
