I have no idea what this video is talking about. I don’t miss David at all. Zip. I barely remember what he looks like. Or how he snort-laughs. Or wiggles those stupid eyebrows right at me during songs.
And I have only the most distant memory of feeling butterflies before a concert or when he was going to be on TV or on the screen for a nanosecond on some random red carpet.
Adorkable vlogs? What are those? Drawing a complete blank. I do remember some really cute cats, dogs, a stuffed ape and adorable sisters… maybe a squirrel, but that’s about it.
And Twitter is actually WAY more fun since 2012, soooo many awesome trending topics like “Beebs burped” and #lintIfoundinmynavel… it’s been awesome.
His albums are basically collecting dust. So much other great music out there. You can never really listen to Gangnam Style too many times, can you?
The live shows around here lately are too many to count… even that awe-inspiring Constantine Maroulis guy with the beautifully greasy seaweed-inspired hair is supposed to tour here… how lucky are we, eh??
And I’ve totally forgotten all the TaGAlog I learned and kilig moments on Nandito Ako, Ate, and don’t mahal kita him at all. No way.
It’s probably because there are so many fab singing/voting/judge-pimping shows on TV right now… shows that make you want to jump out of your seat, run out on the sidewalk, grab each person you see and scream “CAN YOU BELIEVE HOW AMAZING THIS PERSON IS?!?!?” Practically a daily occurrence.
Nope, not missing the little guy at all.
In fact, watching the Announcement vid again would be no biggie at this point… tears would not rain from my eyes, flood my house and float me off to Chile… nope, noooo chance of that.
It’s just that I don’t have time at the moment, I’m WAY too busy not missing what’shisname… in fact gotta go update the tags for this post. Toodles.

Howdy Deb….Thank you much for this inspiring and entertaining posts :)..Don’t we all miss the one and only?? haha….although my virtual presence is cut down to minimal, I seldom miss coming here and re-fresh my memory of the funtimes everyone brings to the table when it comes to David and his music…always put a smile on my face:)… and may I add my gratefulness to Kari, David’s official websites and other dedicated Fansites of David for keeping The Archie Fan Family alive and well:)

I was worried that the magic was not so magic anymore so as I drove yesterday, I put on ‘Ave Maria’ to check that out. I listened to it for the entire drive lasting 1/2 hour. As I drove I visualized I was driving to the airport to head out to see a concert or two and to see most everyone. Everything checked out OK, I am ready to be there.
Not able to get back to sleep, I did something rather lame I suppose. Instead of counting ‘sheep’, I took the alphabet and for each letter I thought of a fan’s name ( not missing anyone here). I just need a ‘y’ person! Then as I became more intrigued I went back and added many more names to each letter!! Well yes, I may have lost it and that wasn’t a sleep inducing project!
