Snow now falling here on SAz… snow falling in this clip… coincidence? I think not. He totally copied us. But hey, it’s Christmas, so all is forgiven, Mr. Snowchuleta.
So what do you guys think??? (I am stoked it’ll be available on iTunes… call me crazy but it will be exciting to actually have David music we can BUY legitimately, you know? Just me? okey dokey).

I got up this morning feeling a little down and just small. When I saw the sun peering over this big shady mountain, it made me think about this quote from the book Doctrine and Covenants, section 115:5 that says: "Verily I say unto you all: Arise and shine forth, that thy light may be a standard for the nations;" I realized that even behind moments that seem big and dark, we can "arise and shine forth." It's always in us to make the change to brighten our day, and maybe we can start by reaching out to someone and brightening their day. If you've been feeling down today, I want you to decide to arise and shine forth. Let the light and good in you reach someone you know with a thoughtful email or text; Or a visit to someone in your neighborhood, or phone call. Feel free to leave a comment on how your experience went. #ariseandshineforth #positivethoughts #sharegoodness
Made me sad to think that David was feeling down this morning… and pretty remarkable that he turns it around by shifting the focus off of himself and toward helping others.
He clearly does this a lot more than we ever hear about … in fact, this was the first comment I saw when I saw his IG post:
grammeruth I’m alway so impressed with what you are doing – you don’t just talk you are a doer – back in Oct you visited my Nephew, Alec Gustafson in the U of U hospital and sang for him. I’m not sure what or if you had a connection but it was so sweet and really lifted his spirits. I know it’s a long shot but we are having a benefit dinner in Davis County to help single moms with education on April 16th – we would love to have you drop in @davidarchie
