I gotta say, I watched a bit of The Voice last night (“nothing else betta to dooooo”) and even though they’re apparently down the 12 finalists, no one, NO ONE, came even remotely close to either David’s talent or charisma… not even in the same stratosphere… and of course I’m being completely objective here 😯 )
I agree that there is no one on The Voice that comes close to David. I even watched X-Factor last night, and the talent on there is even worse. I hate the over-the-top staging, and the judges aren’t very good. I actually usually like Demi’s judging the best, except last night a couple of the songs I kind of liked she thought were boring. Guess I can skip watching X-Factor.

I watch The Voice for mindless entertainment lol and YES, no one is not even close in any single way to David period.
I’ve enjoyed The Voice this year but it mostly reminds me that though they may be good or even great, they are not special. Not David special.
… my favourite guy on the Voice was that wacky soul guy with the long scraggly hair, beard and glasses (can’t remember his name)… not the usual reality TV type at all hahaha… just liked how original he was I guess
LOL, grammyj, I haven’t seen X-Factor but did wonder what it was like… one thing I do like about The Voice is listing to Cee-Lo talk 🙂 there’s a poetry/rhythm to his words and he’s quite insightful… sometimes sounds like a preacher, lol

I’ve also been watching The Voice. I like the show’s format esp the blind audition.
But after seeing who was cut from the top 12 for the top 10 — haaayyy. I suppose the voting audience is just like AI… more females
But this batch I think is better than the previous batches
