I sure miss David’s Christmas concerts too…they remain some of my most memorable of his shows…special feeling in the air that time of year, along with David’s spirit for it all…unforgettable.

“The comeback of the Soul Man of Utah” for sure. Are you kidding me?!! I caught this last week before going to bed one night (via late night, “quick” Twitter scan)…I sat mesmerized, talking to myself (a la’ Shop Around AI all those years ago…)…like “What. Just. Happened??!”
I’m addicted now to this version of SBM. I mean really?! Cool, easy, breezy (literally), soulful…in a whole different way. SBM like he’s never done it before. Wow. wow. I love it. ….have I gushed enough?? ..love it. 🙂
ps. If this will be David’s new, mature, soulful, commercial sound…a) Money. b) I’ll need meds at the first concert. That is all. 😉
Awesomeness! That voice is stronger, huskier, more tender. The cry in it more poignant. Good Lord, when I get to hear him live.!?!?!!!!…well no words to describe it…wish I could get to the Nov concert.
