Lately, the only songs that get almost as many plays as David’s on my iPod are Ms. Joni Mitchell’s … David has said he’s a fan of her music and if he ever covers any of her songs, I’ll will likely pass out from the bliss, but it’ll be worth it. 🙂

OMG, I had her album in 1974 with “Help Me” as the lead single on the “Court and Spark” album (vinyl) and I played that one song over and over and over again. LOL. Such a sign of the 1970s. 😀

Well, I am anciently old, lol and have always loved Joni. Love each of the songs here, a lot….another classic fave of mine is Both Sides Now….love, love, love it. There are many songs actually that are greats as is Joni….California, Circle Game, so many. For David to cover a song of hers one day would be epic!
“anciently old” lololol … I mostly love how timeless Joni’s songs are, sound just as fresh and unique today as they did when I first heard them… and no one else sounds like her … sound familiar? 🙂
And doesn’t Joni just have the best cheekbones EVER???
