Oh *sigh* yes…let’s do take a moment and bask in the soundcheck glory! I didn’t get past the first video here without having to stop and gush…(can we also take a moment to give some nostalgic love to YEDL…sexy, cool song and those runssss, harmonies…love.) I never ever forget my first DA solo concert, (so so excited), Northampton MA, Pearl St. Theatre, post-blizzard that made us all fear a cancellation (Scoff! Rain, nor sleet nor blizzard will keep us and DA from showing up!!)…freezing cold we all stood ’round the block waiting to get in…and then…the sweet, full, RICH, perfectly pitched sounds that came from inside and filled the block and the night. It was such perfection, at first we thought they might be playing a recording…but no..didn’t take long before all the runs started and we knew it was so…LIVE. Yes…I love the soundcheck. Tks for taking us down that road again…..<3

oh and a little aside…I also will never forget when earlier that day, we went to pick up our tix, some gathered there and were hanging out by the bus in front of the theatre, when “word came” that
Mr. A. was on the bus and “worried about everyone being too cold and getting sick by hanging outside too long.” …so David.
Soundchecks…..great to re-revisit! Yes, think he has some of the best of them! Have to finish watching now.
