okay, I know there are lots of Kamas vids to catch up on… primarily on Shelley’s channel HERE , Cheryl’s channel HERE, and Shirley’s channel HERE (thank you, guysssss!!!) … but what is fascinating me, this fine day?
And the story in the comments that went with it about how this pic came about:
I was actually the one that went up to him, chad saw him and wasn’t 100% sure it was him and then he told me to go look and I could tell that he noticed i was looking at him and he started to smile as he was trying to go unnoticed 😂 so we just broke the ice and went for the hey we’re big fans can we get a picture with you!! He was pretty shy and probably sick of getting this all the time but he was very nice to let us be dorks and get a pic with him!
Can you not just picture this exchange? lol So David.
And I can’t help but wonder why he was in this very interesting store, called Smith & Edwards (looks like my hubs’ dream store, where you can wander the aisles looking at everything from wrenches and canoes to 1739592839 types of string). Was he picking up Chapstick? Cap freshener? Organic free-range beef jerky??
The store’s Google blurb says: “Get ready for that big adventure! You’ll find all the gear and supplies you need for your horse, your outdoor adventure, or that project in the kitchen…” or your amazing, dancey, electric, out of this world concert appearance … that’s what they need to add if David be shopping there.
(thank youuuu, Donna & Tina!!!!)
His smile here tho’ (source)
and I just love this perspective of the crowd

When facing and fighting cancer, one thing that naturally came was the desire to surround ourselves with things that were uplifting. I suppose there was a great need in us to be built up emotionally, physically, and spiritually. For some reason, listening to some of David Archuletta's songs would bring light and peace into Ashtyn's hospital room. When times seemed so dark nine months ago, a new song of his was released that seemed to put our own feelings into words: "Sometimes I am afraid and I know that's lacking faith, but I'm beginning to understand that for me you have a plan. I'm learning everyday that I won't always have my way, but I'm beginning to understand that for me you have a plan. Heavenly Father, I am grateful for you hearing my prayer. I am learning to be patient and that you are really there. There are answers I'm receiving. No, they're not always immediate. Sometimes I have felt defeated, that's when I kneel down in prayer." Thank you @davidarchie and to everyone who uplifts by sharing your light. #happysabbath #davidarchuleta #mylittleprayer

It was a blast in Kamas, UT tonight! So glad that all my sisters were able to make it. It's been a while since all 3 of them have been to one show with Jazzy being on her mission and my oldest sister Claudia's health being a battle with Crohn's disease that has prevented her from being able to get out very much. Love these 3 and how they each bring their own flavor into our family! Thanks everyone who came out! Did any moment stand out to you if you were there? #kamas #utah #concerts #family #sisters #crohns #crohnsdisease
I know it’s a pixelated shot of the jumbotron, but I love this picture for some reason (source)
