I’ve always, secretly, wanted to hear David do His Eye Is On The Sparrow. His faith would fill this song with so much love and spirit. There are a ton of them that I would love to hear him do, but I won’t get into that list. I’m just anxious for these songs that he’s preparing now for us. ♥♥
I would like David to sing the song, “Pass it On.”
It was written for a Christian youth musical.
My favorite line is “I wish for you, my friend, this happiness that I’ve found.”
I especially like this video particular because I can “hear” David’s voice in the words.
bluebar, do you know what the musical it’s written for is called? My mom runs a kids program at my church and they do musicals every year and she’s always looking for good ones.

Yes, oh, yes, REF!!!!! “Amazing Grace” is epic. My g-daughter and I sang it together this afternoon as she played (practice time) and we hugged each other at the end…one of those “this is what it is to be ALIVE” moments. Just spectacular.

Just love the BTS Shout To The Lord, fabulous. Yes I have the song too, think I bought it from Itunes way back when, during those glorious S7 days. Best group number! All of the songs posted here are so beautiful and would be wonderful for David to cover. So many that he could do, think I’d be happy with anything from his golden, heart voice. Another song that I have always hoped to hear him sing is “Bridge Over Troubled Water”, ah would love that too! I think he has sung it ‘behind the scenes’ but sure would love to hear it.
Love his recent tweets (and all his tweets) and he just reminded us tonight that he is still recording….he’s the best!

Beautiful song, abanana, have never heard that one! And yes, Amazing Grace & Bridge over Troubled Water would be awesome too! And I would love it if he recorded his Good Place/ Let It Be, even in a vlog, I keep going back and listening to the live versions… even with the piano blips, I find it so powerful.
